Which version did the client approve?

Every client job gets one page, where the client approves the work and you send the invoice.

Walt grinning and holding up one clean approved page; Hank beside him, buried in clipped-on feedback sheets

This one. Approved!

Which one was final?

Thirty seconds. Press play.

The client approved v6. Hank sent v4.

The approval was buried in an email thread, the files sat in a drive, and the download link had expired on Friday.

Hank spent the weekend in the bath. Fully clothed.

Hank clutching his head next to a big red send button while Walt gives a thumbs up behind him

Looks great!

Wait. Was that v4?

We tried discipline. Discipline lost.

We added reminders, then a better template, then yet another app.

Each tool had a piece of the job, and nobody could see all of it.

Walt piling one more laptop onto the tall stack Hank is struggling to carry

One more app!

Put the whole job on one page and invite everyone to it.

Your team, your freelancers and your client.

The client approves there. The invoice is made there.

Give your next job a page

Free for one project. No card.

Walt holding up a glowing light bulb, grinning, while Hank stares at it, stunned

One page!

Everything?

This is the page.

A real project page in OIO. One per client job.

An OIO project page with its tickets, status, money and reminders tabs

The wrong version never goes out.

The client marks the approved one.

No finished job goes unbilled.

The accepted quote becomes the invoice.

Around the job

Calls, chat, files and money on the same page.

Invoices.

You bill from the page.

The accepted quote becomes the invoice. Same lines, no retyping.

The invoice is ready the day the job ends.

Real app

Freelancers.

Freelancers work on the page too.

Each one gets a single ticket by link, with the brief, the feedback and a place to upload.

They don't need an account or a seat.

Client work.

The client sees the page, not your inbox.

Where every job stands and what needs their feedback.

Before they type "any update?".

Run one job on a page, free

Every app on. No card.

Three things you didn't ask for.

1

The client stops asking for updates.

The page answers first.

2

Nobody chases the invoice.

It comes from the job, the day it ends.

3

Freelancers stop costing seats.

They join on a link and leave when it's done.

You run an agency, not a software project.

If the client isn't on the page, the page is fiction by Wednesday.

Notion or ClickUpYou build the system. The client isn't on it. The invoices live somewhere else.
HoneyBook or BonsaiGood from inquiry to invoice. Not built around tickets and feedback rounds.
Productive or ScoroCapacity planning for big teams, and a freelancer is a seat. Need that? Use them. Really.
OIOOne page per client job. The client approves on it. The invoice comes out of it.

The three tools we could price, a month$329

List prices checked on 30 October 2026, billed monthly, like Studio's $99: ClickUp Business $25 per user ($17 billed yearly), Frame.io Pro $15 per member (13% less billed yearly), HoneyBook Premium $129 ($109 billed yearly). They change. Check them yourself. The rest has no number because we'd be making it up.

Stop one finished job going unbilled a quarter and it pays for the year.

Questions agency owners ask.

Will my client have to make an account?

No. They open a link, see where the job stands, pin notes on the work and click Approve. That's it.

Do freelancers need a seat?

No. A freelancer joins one ticket by link, reads the brief, sees the feedback, uploads the work and marks it done. Seats are for your own team.

My team never updates our PM tool. Why would this be different?

Because the client and the freelancers update it by doing their work. A pin, an upload, an Approve. The page moves without anyone writing a status report.

Switching tools takes a month. We don't have a month.

Don't switch. Start your next job in OIO and leave the old ones where they are. If you want them in, clients, projects and tickets import from CSV.

What happens after the free project?

Nothing is deleted. You pick a plan when you need a second project.

Do you do resourcing and capacity planning?

No. If you need capacity planning for 40 people, use Productive. OIO is for running client jobs.

Is AI extra?

AI is included on every plan with a fair-use limit. On a paid plan you can add more if you run out.

Where is my data?

In the EU, in Ireland. Every service that touches it is listed in the privacy policy. Nothing is sold.

Who's behind this?

A self-funded studio team that runs its own client jobs in OIO. We answer support ourselves. Walt and Hank are puppets. They don't answer support.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in Settings. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Picture the next job.

The brief, the tickets, the uploads, the approval and the invoice all sit behind one link.

Jobs already happy in one tool? Keep it. OIO is for the ones that aren't.

Thanks for reading. Hank didn't.

He's in the bath again. Fully clothed. Walt brought a duck.

We built OIO because our own client jobs fell apart between five apps. One page per job fixed it.
